 Call to Prayer
As St. John Church enters into a time of discernment around our mission of introducing people to Jesus and growing as disciples together and the proposed building addition, we are very simply and specifically asking God to guide us. Record any answers, impressions, thoughts, or ideas you receive as an answer to these prayers. Please don’t think anything you have heard is too far-fetched. God’s ways are not our ways. Each week will have a new prayer focus and a question for God.
Prayer for the week of February 28st:
Think about the people you see weekly at church as you sit in Sunday school, or in worship, or as you bring your children to Kid’s Club or Youth Group. Say to God, “God, what do these people/children need?”
On Sunday March 21st at 12:15 p.m. the congregation will meet over a light lunch to discuss the building proposal. Please plan to be there!
