At St. John we believe that Sunday school is an essential part of
Christian growth. We offer classes for
children from birth through 5th grade each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. in the
lower level of the education building…

Sprouts
is a Christian education
opportunity for children age 4 through 3rd grade. Children who choose to participate are dismissed
from the sanctuary following the “Children’s Message.” Sprouts is taught in Classroom #1 (age 4 –
K) and Classroom #2 (1st-3rd grade).

|
A Nursery for children from birth through age 3 is offered for the
11:00 a.m. worship service.
|
|
|
Acolytes
(K through 5th grade) assist in worship each Sunday, as well as for
additional services throughout the year.
Acolyte training is provided on a yearly basis.
|
|
|
Cub/Boy Scouts meet each Monday evening at 6:30 p.m. as St. John proudly sponsors Cub Pack #17 and
Boy’s Troop #17

Additional opportunities
for children are offered throughout the year:
Vacation
Bible School, UNICEF Party, Hanging of the Greens, Easter
Egg Party, and Children’s Sabbath.
